Walked in for the first time and saw a bagel item on their display board - chopped cheese - cream cheese, lox, bacon, capers and onions with some kind of seeds sprinkled on top. It was was all chopped up and mixed together and placed on a poppy seed bagel. I was charged 18 bucks & change!!!!!!! First thing, if you are going to charge such an outrageous amount of money for a particular item, you should display the price! I seriously doubt people would order this item knowing that it was going to cost more than a decent bacon cheeseburger OR a premium sandwich from the local deli!!!!! And the bagel itself was ehhhhh! Plenty of other bagel joints that leave this place in the dust!

Yesterday I went to Pantanos on 7th Street to get the Hangover sandwich and I asked for it well done. I get it and go back to work to see that it was barely cooked. Today I go again and ask for it well done with salt, pepper and ketchup. I get the sandwich and of course now there is no salt pepper and ketchup. After I leave to drive 10 minutes away I have to come back only to deal with Colleen who has no managerial skills whatsoever. She handled the situation poorly. She essentially got upset with me because she had to throw the sandwich out. I am the paying customer!!! I was clear on what I wanted. After two mess ups you would think they would do something to make the customer happy but instead she offered me the same sandwich as if I was looking for a handout. SHE DIDN"T EVEN ATTEMPT TO TRY TO FIX THE SITUATION. I am so disappointed in how I was treated and how this situation was handled. I hope the owner is aware that someone there can't take orders properly and the other blames the customers for their errors and that's bad for business.

Had a Dr appointment in the area and needed a quick bfast bite. The bagels were pretty good. We had the everything bagel with tuna salad & everything bagel with blueberry / strawberry cream cheese. I got pickle chips with the tuna bagel and YUM! Definitely worth checking out.

Stopped on here on my way home from work. Ordered a spinach, egg, and cheese. Bagel was toasted perfectly and the eggs were delicious. Place was clean. Service was a bit slow and it took the ladies a bit of time to notice me but can’t complain about the food. The sandwich was worth waiting for!

I've been here a few times. And I've had pleasant experiences when I've ordered food in person. However I ordered delivery today and wow I was seriously disappointed. I go to multiple pantano and doz locations and I have yet to see this. Mealy tomatoes and uncooked bacon. Even though their descriptions say crispy bacon, I know to mention it again anyway just in case. But 2 blt's with bacon that has not been cooked fully through. Even though I asked for well done bacon. And the lettuce looks disgusting and brown. Just very very disappointed. Was very much looking foward to this and I was let down.
